Pre-Orders
All soaps on the website are made using the cold process method which requires 4-6 weeks of curing time. If you pre-order an item, please keep in mind that the products will only ship until after curing time is over. This ensures that your bar is safe for use, lasts longer, is ready to use right away upon receiving it, and and you are satisfied with your order.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are perfect for anyone looking for a unique soap to fit a certain occasion /event. Please make sure that you send us your order at least 1.5-2 months in advance prior to your event to make sure that your order is fully cured and ready for your desired date. Please make sure that you are detailed in your request prior to submitting it for an order to ensure full satisfaction.
Product details
Not all products are created equal. Please keep in mind that all the products listed in this website are handcrafted and hand cut. Weights and dimensions may vary slightly from one product to another. Most of our products will have descriptions attached to them that will give you estimates for weight, length, width, and height. The images attached to the product listed on the website does not necessarily mean that you will end up with the product in the picture. Images are for reference only. Each product will have list of full ingredients used to create the final product.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the business, safety, and contamination concerns, we are unable to resell any item after it has been shipped to a customer. Because of this reasons, we do not accept returns. Please be certain about your purchase before placing an order. We are unable to cancel orders once they have been shipped.
Allergy Warning
We use a variety of different botanicals, plants, oils, butters, and other ingredients. There is always a risk of cross contact between one product and another at any given time. Please be sure to fully read and understand the ingredients we use before placing an order, specially if you have known allergies.
Shipping policy
We ship most of our orders through USPS and/or UPS shipping. This is a very reliable service. However, there is always a possibility of your order been dropped off at the wrong address or go missing due to package theft. If the tracking systems shows that your package was delivered, but you are unable to locate your package, we cannot file a claim with USPS. Sadly, we are not able to financially resolve this incidents ourselves. However, we will try our best to work with USPS on your behalf to resolve any type of problem that may come up. If you have concerns about placing an order due to these concerns, please let us know. In that way, we can request a signature upon delivery (keep in mind that this is an added cost to your order).
